When Porsche bestows the illustrious “Turbo” badge upon one of their creations, you know you’re in for quite the ride. Such is absolutely true of the Cayenne Turbo, which first saw tarmac in 2002 with the first Turbo S following in 2006. In various guises the Cayenne Turbo & Turbo S have gone from 450 PS & 521 PS (respectively) up to 550 PS in the most recent Turbo and 700 PS in the Turbo S E-Hybrid.
The most recent offering of Porsche’s Turbocharged Cayennes is the formidable Cayenne Turbo GT. A Coupe bodied monster which wields a 640 PS twin-turbocharged V8, capable of propelling it from 0-60 in 3.1 seconds thanks, in no small part, to its Pirelli P Zero Corsa tyres.
