Overview
First given to a car produced in 1938, Rolls-Royce revived the Wraith name for its new two-door grand tourer model, moving into the range to replace the Rolls-Royce Phantom Coupe. The body style harks back to the fashionable American coupes of the 1950s and 1960s, while the car’s performance was also intended to be redolent of those times. A 0-60mph acceleration time of 4.4 seconds - bear in mind that the car weighs almost 2.5 tonnes - makes it the fastest production Rolls-Royce ever. But you won’t be surprised to learn that Rolls-Royce aftermarket parts specialists have been intent on exploring the outer limits of those capabilities.
A full 623bhp comes from a 6.6-litre V12 engine with twin turbochargers, while maximum torque reserves kick in from as low as 1,500rpm. This is all channelled through an eight-speed ZF automatic gearbox. As ever with Rolls-Royce, the range of interior customisation options is almost endless. Our friends at NOVITEC have really taken the Wraith to their hearts, and offer a variety of cosmetic and aerodynamic enhancements to truly individualise the exterior of your car. They have also worked their magic on what’s under the bonnet, adding to their range an electronic engine management module which boosts power by up to 15 per cent. We would be happy to give you further details of any of the Rolls-Royce Wraith parts we offer, and to advise on their suitability for your needs, drawing on our many years’ experience of tuning and modifying all kinds of cars. Please get in touch, by phone, email or e-message, and we would be delighted to help.
